To help us investigate a paid-report issue, include the approximate purchase date and the Paddle order or receipt reference if you have it. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive financial information.

Payments, receipts, and refunds

Paid StitchTip purchases are intended to be processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle handles the checkout transaction, payment receipt, applicable transaction taxes, and payment/refund processing under its own buyer terms.

You may still contact [email protected] first for a product or delivery issue. We can investigate the StitchTip side of the purchase and, where appropriate, coordinate or process a refund through the merchant-of-record system.
